  • June 14, Martin Brynskov presented concepts and methods from the Center for Interactive Spaces at DSB Design in Copenhagen, contributing to the design research initiative "Tekstiler i Toget" (Textiles in the Train), organized by the Federation of Danish Textile & Clothing Industries.
  • Tuesday June 12th, Kaj Grønbæk made a presentation of Katrinebjerg and Center for Interactive Spaces for 4 senior engineers and managers from Samsung Korea and UK.
  • June 4, Martin Brynskov gave a presentation of the Center for Interactive Spaces and CAVI to Ali Mazalek, Synaesthetic Media Lab, Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech), USA.
  • June 1st, Ole Iversen and Kaspar R. Nielsen presented the Wisdom Well for BBC Go Digital.
  • On the 1st of June, Ole Iversen and Christian Dindler made a presentation of prototypes and Aesthetics of Interaction for Richard Shusterman, Professor of Philosophy at Florida Atlantic University.
  • On May 26, a presentation of the Center was made for Ben Shneiderman, HCI veteran and professor at the University of Maryland. While discussing the work carried out in the lab and seeing demos, he won a game of Pong on the iFloor.

  • December 13th, Kaj Grønbæk gave a presentation on Urban Computing at a Science Cafe, at Århus School of Architecture.
  • Center for Interactive Spaces was presented to Mark Gross from Carnegie Mellon University on November 11th.
  • October 23rd, Kaj Grønbæk gave a presentation at the Katrinebjerg Masterplan II conference.
  • In the fall vacation (Oct. 16-20), Allan Hansen, Kaj Grønbæk, Martin Brynskov, and Marianne Graves Petersen made various workshop activities and presentations at the Katrinebjerg IT-camp for Girls.
  • October 4th, Kaj Grønbæk made a presentation about Interactive School Environements at Uddannelsesforum 2006 in Odense.
  • Presentation on 'Rooms for Innovation and Learning' for Grundfoss, 21 September 2006 by Marianne Graves and Kaj Grønbæk
  • Monday September 11th, Kaj Grønbæk made a presentation of Center for Interactive Spaces for 3 senior managers from Samsung Korea and UK. The presentation was made as part of an Invest in DK arrangement at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Copenhagen.
  • September 14th, the InfoGallery was on display at the IT-forum event 2006. The Crown prince of Denmark had a 2 minute demonstration before moving on to other projects.

  • August 25th, Kaj Grønbæk gave the closing Keynote talk entitled "Ubiquitous Hypermedia and Social Computing in Physical Environments" at Hypertext 2006.
  • On August 17th, Martin Brynskov gave a presentation and prototype demonstration to the newly appointed Spanish ambassador to Denmark, Mr. H.E. Melitón Cardona.

  • May 16, Kaj Grønbæk gave a presentation about Interactive Experience Environments at a Op&Op Network Meeting in Vejle.
  • May 4th, the first Wisdom Well (Vidensbrønd) was opened as part of the reopening of Møllevangsskolen in Århus after the fire in 2003. The Wisdom Well is an interactive floor which is incorporated in a central place of the school.
  • April 21th, Ole Iversen did an invited talk on ‘IT strategies for school environments’ at ‘Skolebogmesse’
  • April 19, Kaj Grønbæk gave a presentation in the Academy of Technical Sciences (ATV), at DTU, Lyngby
  • Thursday March 30th, the IT-City of Katrinebjerg had a visit from the Bulgarian President Georgi Parvanov. The President was presented for various projects including a presentation by Kaj Grønbæk of the Interactive Spaces project, iSchool.
  • March 27-28, various prototypes were demonstrated and presented at Summit06.
  • March 29th, Ole Iversen did an invited talk at the Center for Innovation in Product Development (CIPU) on user driven innovation with children at DTU, Denmark
